Every stage of a project, with one partner

We help you decide what is worth building, we design and build it, and then we run it and keep improving it. You can join at any stage, and you do not have to order all four.

The four stages

What we do at each stage

Each stage has its own page with the details. Here is the short version: what you get, and when it makes sense to start with that stage.

  1. 01

    Strategy

    Growth Planning

We decide what is worth building, for whom and in what order, and how much time and money it takes. The same team that draws up the strategy also delivers it, so the plan is one that can actually be built.

    When to start here

When your marketing is running and your website is updated, yet the number of leads does not grow predictably, or when you need to decide what to build before a larger development project.

    What you get

    • customer journey map and sales funnel
    • measurable goals (KPIs) and channel mix
    • a prioritised roadmap for 3, 6 and 12 months
    • AI visibility (GEO) strategy
    Strategy in detail
  2. 02

    Creative

    Growth Communication

We design what the brand says and how people use the website or system. We design the interfaces so that they guide visitors all the way to a decision.

    When to start here

When a new website or system is being built, when your current site does not guide visitors to a decision, or when your brand no longer fits the company.

    What you get

    • user journeys and UX/UI designs
    • brand identity
    • a documented design system built in Figma
    • the editable source files at the end of the project

Typical timeline brand identity: 2–4 weeks · web design and UX/UI: 4–8 weeks

  3. 03

    Development

    Growth Enablement

We build the website, webshop, portal or business application, and connect it to the company's other systems, so data gets where it needs to be without manual work.

    When to start here

When off-the-shelf tools start to limit how you work, when your website needs to work together with other systems, or when an existing system needs further development.

    What you get

    • custom systems, customer and partner portals
    • webshops with invoicing, payment and shipping
    • integrations: ERP, CRM, invoicing, logistics
    • the complete, documented source code

    Development areas

Typical timeline smaller custom application: 2–3 months · complex system: 4–8 months · webshop: from 4 weeks to 4 months, depending on the technology

  4. 04

    Support

    Growth Protection

We run, secure and keep improving what we have built, or what we take over from a previous developer.

    When to start here

When a website or system needs care after launch, or when you need someone to take over the operation of an existing WordPress or custom PHP system.

    What you get

    • hosting and server operation
    • daily backups, SSL, monitoring, WAF and DDoS protection
    • updates and troubleshooting
    • response times set out in a service level agreement (SLA)

Billing a monthly flat fee, based on how complex the system is

Working together

How you can work with us

  • A complete project

We take it from strategy to operation. You have one contact person, and one team is responsible for the whole thing.

  • A single stage

You can order only strategy, only design or only development. We hand over the designs and the source code so that someone else can carry the work on.

  • Taking over an existing system

After a technical and business review, we take over the operation and further development of an existing WordPress or custom PHP system.

  • The first step

A free 30-minute call. For a new build, a technical and business assessment follows; for an existing system, a technical health check.

Who we work for

Companies that want to grow, primarily in B2B, manufacturing and healthcare

We add the most where the website is part of sales and day-to-day operations, and has to be connected to the company's other systems.

Manufacturers

Product catalogue, quote requests, reseller access, ERP connection and multiple languages. Clients of this kind include Lafarge Cement Hungary and Textrade.

Healthcare providers

Appointment booking and scheduling systems that take the load off the front desk. We built one for the Endocare private clinic and for Aurora Medical.

Typical projects

  • Partner and reseller portal
  • System integration (ERP, CRM, PIM)
  • Product catalogue and quote requests
  • Appointment booking and scheduling system
  • Webshop (invoicing, stock, shipping)
  • Multilingual website
  • Accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
  • UX/UI redesign
  • Operation and support

We can add the most to a project when we are involved in setting the direction, and remain responsible for how it runs after launch.

Our own method Coming soon

GVS audit: your digital presence in one score

The Growth Visibility Score (GVS) is W5labs' own assessment method. It rates a company's digital presence across six areas, gives a score per area and overall, and shows which stage is worth improving first. We measure AI visibility across several AI systems with a predefined set of questions.

The GVS audit will be available soon.

We will announce the launch in our newsletter

The six areas

  • AI visibility
  • Searchability
  • Technical performance
  • Message and content
  • Conversion path
  • Trust

Frequently asked questions about our services

Can't find the answer?

Write to us or call us, and we will answer your question.

  • No. You can join at any stage, and strategy, design, development and operation can each be ordered on their own. If everything is in one place, though, there is less coordination, and it is clear who is responsible for what.

  • It depends on the task. A brand identity typically takes 2–4 weeks, a web design or UX/UI project 4–8 weeks. A smaller custom application takes 2–3 months, a complex business system 4–8 months. A CMS-based webshop can launch in 4–6 weeks; a custom-built one takes 2–4 months.

  • It depends on the task and on how many other systems it has to connect to. For a well-defined task we give a fixed-price quote, and we can tell you the order of magnitude in the first call. Operation is billed as a monthly flat fee, based on how complex the system is.

  • Yes, if it is built on WordPress or custom PHP. We start with a technical and business review, record the state of the system and what needs to be done, and then take over its operation and further development.

  • Practically anything with an available API: ERP (for example SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM (for example Salesforce, HubSpot), invoicing (for example Billingo, Számlázz.hu), as well as logistics and payment systems.

  • You do. At the end of the project we hand over the complete source code and the editable design source files, documented, so that someone else can take them over if needed.

Not sure which stage to start with?

In a 30-minute call we look at where your project stands and tell you which step would move it forward the most. If we are not the right partner for it, we will tell you that too.
